2012 Dark Skies Project For the Galloway Forest. Designed, made and installed three large 'Star Chairs' (Yird Muin Starn. Earth Moon Star) sited at White Laggan bothy for visitors to view different aspects of the night sky. Commissioned through Kaffe Mattews and Mandy MacIntosh, it was funded by Creative Scotlands vital park scheme with additional help from the Forestry Commission. Height 8ft. Material: Oak. Using timber framing techniques and all assembled using oak pegs. Installed Oct.

2012 EK Skatepark Playground Development Glasgow. Helped to create new large scale outside play area. Supplied natural timber climbing frames, play sculptures and landscape furniture. Materials: Elm, Larch. Installed July

2012 Hillside Crescent Sound Installation. Community art project for Hillside Crescent Gardens in Edinburgh. Large sculpture of sound waves and a powered sound device with recordings of local residents sited nr the city centre. Height: 5ft Material: Ash. Installed June

2012 TOTEM (tales of things electronic memory)Project. Community arts project for Wester Hailes commissioned through Whale Arts Centre, designed and made 20ft carved pole with the local community. Pole has QR codes set into it that relate to carvings throughout. Height: 22ft. Material: Douglas Fir. Installation Nov

2011/12 Woodland Trust Scotland. Four sets of large carved wooden posts for interpretation and signage representing native trees found at Ledmore and Migdale Woods. Height 7ft. Material: Oak Installation Jan 2013

2012 Lion carving. Designed and created a large oak carving of a Lion for St Peters church grounds development in Edinburgh.

2011 Giant Panda carving. Designed for and commissioned by Edinburgh Zoo sited at the new Panda enclosure. Height 5ft. Material: Elm

2011 Peter potter lost landscapes Shelter Building Project. Delivered a workshop for teenagers based at the Poldrake centre in Haddington on building natural woodland shelters. Material: Hazel poles. Duration 3days

2010/11 Grassroots Project. Part of West Lothian Councils public art strategy. One of four chosen artists for project. Involved in community workshops, school visits and site visits to develop idea. Finished piece based on entire 1970/80’s living room made entirely of oak and to scale. Installed in Boghall June 2011

2010/ 11 Woodland Trust Scotland. Sculpture trail sited at Moncrieffe hill, Perth, Scotland. Several large carved items in Oak and Douglas Fir. Project based on the microcosm, optical illusions and woodland awareness. Also designed and illustrated map/ leaflet for new walk. Installed Jan-Feb 2011

2010 Glenrothes Town 60th Anniversary. Designed three carved contemporary poles depicting the town’s history based on mining, electronics the paper industry and the people who moved there to work. Heights from 8-26ft. Material: all Douglas fir . Situated at The Lomond Centre, Glenrothes. Installed Oct 2012

2008/09 Woodland Trust Scotland. Sculpture trail, Pressmennan Woods East Lothian. Designed characters called Glingbobs and Tootflits for Sculpture trail. Also designed and illustrated a map/ leaflet to accompany walk to find the homes of these fantasy creatures. Installed installed Daily Telegraph Top Ten British walks 27/10/11 Scotland on Sunday walk of the Week 06/12/09

2009 Killicrankie Visitor centre. Series of carved wooden posts depicting local wildlife, plants and insects for interpretation and signage. Also hand carved signs for visitor walks. Commissioned by The National Trust for Scotland. Heights 6ft. Materials: Oak. Installed July 2009

2009 Perthshire Big Tree Project. Twelve large carved benches situated around Perthshire in high profile sites. Commissioned by Perth and Kinross Countryside Trust ,Co project managed with Image Makers. Each bench had hand carved text from famous Scottish poets and various carvings of native wildlife. Various sizes and styles and all made from large diameter Oak. Average length 7ft. Installed May-June-july 2009
